The
Founder...
Leslie Brooks opened Angels' Rest in
March 2000. She planned, designed and built the new conference
center and post and beam accommodation space in 1998-1999,
doing much of the building herself. Leslie turned the main
house into lovely space to house and feed guests, and she
added many of the amenities that guest enjoy today. Leslie
is an artist and a therapist who focuses on the art of
healing from the soul. She has a B.A. in art, an M.A. in
counseling psychology and is a skilled RoHun Therapist.
